Dear Mahogany Families,
Hope it’s been a great weekend & you were able to enjoy some of the beautiful June weather! Mrs. Hewitt and I want to share some exciting news with you. Due to our student enrollment growth for the 2026-27 school year, Mahogany School will have an additional Assistant Principal joining our team. Mrs. Hewitt and I will keep you posted around the successful candidate, once confirmed.
School Council & MSFA Meetings – Rescheduled
Please join us this Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm inside our school’s learning commons for the rescheduled School Council meeting. The Mahogany School Fundraising Association will meet directly after. Agendas will be emailed out to families. We’d love to see you there!
School Spirit Week
There are some fun School Spirit Days planned for this week!

Gr. 2 In-school Field Trips
Over the next few weeks, Grade Two students will be engaging in ‘in-school field trips’ with Teacher’s Pet, as an extension to their science learning. They are going to be learning about local bees and how to take care and support them in our community. The students will be creating their own bee houses that they take home with them at the end of the day! Parents, please note – the fee for this learning activity is payable in your PowerSchool account. Thank you to the parent volunteers who will be helping with this activity!
