Inspiration

“There will always be rocks on the road ahead of us. They will be stumbling blocks or stepping stones; it all depends on how you use them.” Nietzsche

Weekly Wonder

How will you view the rocks in the road? Will they become blocks or stepping stones? Will you collect them to help tell your story along the way?

In the News

Drop-off and Pick-up

  • All doors are available for students to access this year – students can enter at beginning at 7:45am daily and can enter through all doors including the parking lot doors for Hug n’ Go flow.
  • If you would like to access the school, or your children are late, please go to the main entrance on Mahogany Blvd. Please ring the intercom bell. The door lock will release, and you will be able to enter the main office.

1st Class After Class and Kindergarten Care

  • Grade 1-5: 1st Class After Class student drop-off and pick- up will occur outside the school look for their sign on the door at the NW compound door.
  • Please do not park in the Hug n’ Go after 7:45am for Childcare Drop off

Hug n’ Go

  • Reminder that there are two lanes for this student drop off area. We ask that parents dropping off stay to the sidewalk side so others can get by. There is no parking permitted in this area.

Parking Lot

  • This is a School Staff parking lot only. Do not park in this lot to drop off your child. There are just enough spots for our teaching staff, and they do come at different times throughout the day and other staff will have to park on the street this year. The only access is for designated handicap parking (requires a pass).

Parking

  • There are designated parking times along Mahogany Way beside the school during morning entry and afternoon dismissal times. Feel free to park here and walk your child to their doors. Do NOT Park or drop off in front of the school as this is a bussing lane for our school and other schools.

Dogs

  • Please note that dogs are not permitted on the school grounds. This is the City of Calgary Bylaw. Feel free to stand on the sidewalk and wave with your pet.

Kindergarten

All Kindergarten students attend during regular AM/PM times starting Tuesday, September 5. Please note that your child should enter through their regular doors (Front doors of the school) .
