This year we will be hosting an Open House style meet the Teachers evening this Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 3:00-6:00pm. Families are invited to come to the school anytime during these hours to ‘drop-in’ and see your child’s classroom and meet the teacher(s). There will not be a sign up for this event. We also hope you will make this a fun family event by joining our School Council for a BBQ Picnic in the Hug n’ Go and back field to meet each other and have a chance to connect as a school community.  Pop in to meet your child's teacher and have your child show you around the school.

On Thursday, September 25, from 3:00–6:00 PM, Mahogany School will host an Open House. At the same time, School Council & Fundraising Association will be hosting a Welcome Back BBQ Picnic outside near the Hug-and-Go area. We’ll be serving beef hot dogs, chips, and drinks (by donation).

It’s picnic style, please bring your own blanket or lawn chairs to sit and enjoy.

Families are also welcome to bring their own food or snacks if that works best.

Can you lend a hand for an hour (or up to 3) between 2:30PM–6:30PM? Whether it’s grilling or handing out food, every bit of help makes this event possible. You can sign up on the same RSVP form.
